Terms of Service

Last updated May 31, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Planners you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Planners. "You" refers to the person or entity using the service. "We", "our", and "us" refers to Planners.

Description of service

Planners provides a white-label wedding planning platform. Planners (the professionals) create workspaces with their own branding and invite couples to those workspaces. The service includes tools for task management, timelines, document sharing, and messaging.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Where practical we will give advance notice of material changes.

Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account when you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Each workspace is independent. If you are a planner, you are responsible for the content within your workspace and for the couples you invite to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without our written permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our express written consent

We may terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

The Planners platform, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license to use the service as described here.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within the service. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel before it takes effect.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you breach these terms.

On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the application at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
